We have worked with Clark Vaughan / First Colony Construction on two projects; our home 9 years ago and more recently our pool house addition. Both were great experiences. We appreciate Clark keeping us informed on the timeline and our budget progress as well as being onsite each day to inspect work quality and to keep progress moving along. He is very knowledgeable and never seemed to mind answering our questions as we were quite curious about the construction process from start to finish. He was also able to navigate issues and the unexpected things that tend to pop up during the construction process. And of course he had been responsive to any needs we have had post completion. I often recommend him to friends and family and would certainly look to him for any future projects.
